Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst who specializes in
healthcare claims and operational data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the team in developing impactful data visualizations and
reports, and create complex analyses and dashboards
Lead the expansion of business intelligence capabilities by writing
SQL scripts and mentoring team members
Build partnerships with department leaders to translate business
requirements into effective analyses and maintain documentation
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in a
leadership role, preferably in healthcare
Deep expertise in SQL and experience with business intelligence
solutions and relational databases
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or
Power BI
Strong programming skills in scripting languages like Python or R
for data manipulation and analysis
