Rare Collectibles TV (RCTV) seeks a Telemarketing Sales Specialist to connect with our valued customers and share the fascinating stories behind collectible numismatic gold and silver coins. Base rate plus commission $60,000 - $100,000. Commission is uncapped. Our mission is to connect collectors to history through detailed information and education about the rarity and significance of each coin.Work Schedule:-- Full-time, Monday - Friday in officeCompensation:-- Hourly rate plus commission on salesEqual Opportunity Employer RequirementsKey Responsibilities:-- Make 100 calls per day to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with their orders and introducing them to our current specials.-- Qualify customers with high potential for building premier collections.-- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.-- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by effectively closing sales.-- Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely order processing and delivery.-- Maintain confidentiality of all product and customer information.Qualifications:-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-- Comfort with presenting products over the phone and closing sales.-- Strong phone presence and experience making high volumes of calls daily.-- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).-- Positive attitude, with a genuine interest in engaging with people.-- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.RequirementsMust have related job experience.
