Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a busy real estate agent. This individual will play a key role in assisting homeowners in preparing their homes for marketing, vendor coordination, general errands as well as some office duties. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, proficient computer skills and the ability to move or lift approximately 75 pounds (Lifting and/or moving furniture, boxes and other household items).

Responsibilities:
--- Assist homeowners with decluttering homes. This includes relocating, removing and disposing of heavy objects like furniture
--- Install/remove lock boxes
--- Coordinate and meet with vendors at properties

Qualifications:
--- 1-2 years experience in a customer service-related field
--- Must be able to lift approximately 75 pounds
--- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
--- Spanish speaking is a plus
--- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
--- Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance and reliable transportation for running errands
--- Proficient with computers
--- Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
--- Accurate, attention to detail, and service-oriented are a must!
--- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
--- Excellent communication and organizational skills
