Job Description:
A company is looking for a Verifier Associate to service patient
needs by verifying insurance coverage and maintaining medical
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Verify customer benefits through various communication methods
Document activities in the ERP system accurately and timely
Answer inquiries from customers and resolve patient complaints
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance codes
(HCPC/ICD-9)
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints
Ability to conduct routine tasks under clearly defined
guidelines
