Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert
(SME).
Key Responsibilities
Write learning outcomes, create course outlines, and curate content
for a Salesforce End User course
Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop course
maps and review assessments for quality
Attend meetings and assist in addressing client feedback related to
course development
Required Qualifications
Relevant Salesforce certifications up to date with the latest
releases
In-depth Salesforce experience and understanding of CRM
principles
Experience in creating educational content and developing course
outlines and assessments
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and knowledge of
learning management systems
Basic project management skills to meet project deadlines
