Job Description:
A company is looking for an Educational Designer in Clinical
Education.
Key Responsibilities
Build educational content delivery, including SCORM-compliant
curricula and multimedia content
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for
effective course delivery
Collaborate with clinical staff to create accessible,
learner-friendly content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Educational
Technology, Learning and Development, or related field
2+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning
development, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
Experience managing and administering a Learning Management
System
Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Adobe
Captivate
Strong graphic design and multimedia skills using tools like Adobe
Creative Suite or Canva
