Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, Low
Balance PB.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the Artiva workflow management system to follow up on
patient bills and claims for revenue recovery
Analyze information to identify root causes of denied or unpaid
claims and determine next steps
Ensure compliance with timely filing guidelines and escalate
complex accounts to management as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection
rules and HIPAA requirements
Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel,
Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational and documentation skills for accurate record
keeping
Mathematical ability for basic calculations
Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding is preferred
