This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly shape the future of Erewhon's growth initiatives. You will play a key role in driving data-driven decisions, executing strategic priorities, and enhancing Erewhon's customer-focused offerings. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams-including operations, product, and marketing-and have a direct line of sight to executive leadership.What You'll Do:

• Enhance Erewhon's Membership Loyalty Program: Identify and execute on strategic and operational levers to drive membership growth and retention, leveraging customer data and market insights.
• Support Digital Channel Growth: Partner with the product team to analyze performance, scope new features, and improve Erewhon's digital platforms (mobile app and website).
• Optimize Customer Lifecycle Management: Use data analytics to shape strategic direction and enhance the customer journey across acquisition, retention, and re-engagement initiatives.
• Drive Strategic Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data modeling to inform business priorities and recommend actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with executives to define and deliver on key growth objectives and strategic priorities.
• Learn and Support Key Systems: Quickly learn and become a helpful resource on various systems that power Erewhon's operations, from CRM platforms to digital analytics tools.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing initiatives and driving results in fast-paced environments (strategy, operations, tech, consulting, banking, or related experience).
  • Proven track record of driving impactful, data-informed projects.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate operational systems critical to Erewhon's success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Passion for Erewhon's mission and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a premium lifestyle brand.
  • Willing to work full-time in an office environment in Los Angeles.What We Offer:

    • The annual base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000.
