We are seeking a professional Evening Server to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests in a sophisticated yet welcoming wine bar and lounge environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a server, knowledge of wine and wine pairings, and strong communication and customer service skills. Some key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and introduce them to our wine and food offerings
• Take orders and serve charcuterie boards, cheeses, and wine with a focus on high-quality service
• Provide wine recommendations and offer pairing suggestions to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained in a clean and organized manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service
• Stay informed about menu changes and assist with any new food or beverage offerings as the menu evolves
• Handle guest payments and process transactions efficientlyQualifications:
  
  • Previous experience as a server, ideally in a wine bar, lounge, or fine dining environment
  • Knowledge of wine and wine pairings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with an ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evening dining environment
  • Flexibility to assist with expanding menu offerings as needed
  • A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
