Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to
support customers and agents with insurance inquiries and policy
needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with
legal requirements
Communicate with customers through various channels while managing
multiple systems
Resolve inquiries related to insurance matters and escalate
unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Property and Casualty license may be required
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call
center environment
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple
systems
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
