Job Description:
Live-Ops Specialist(Manhattan Beach, CA) Monitor game server
statistics and player chats/community interactions, promptly
reporting any live-service issues & player feedback for resolution.
Prioritize these issues & feedback, then liaise with the
development team to implement fixes and collaborate on optimal
solutions. Prepare comprehensive weekly patch notes detailing
regular & irregular maintenance tasks, content updates, and
improvements. Investigate and document game exploits, bugs & other
critical technical issues, collaborating closely with the
development team to identify and implement effective solutions.
Develop & execute weekly/monthly plans for in-game GM events,
fostering engagement and excitement among players. 40hrs/wk,
Offered wage: $102,357/yr, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /
Software Engineering / Information Technology OR related required.
