Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Rentals to provide
legal support for its Rentals business.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the legal point of contact and subject matter expert for
assigned scope, supporting all aspects of the product development
lifecycle
Embed with business partners to provide strategic legal counsel for
special projects and initiatives
Analyze legislative changes impacting assigned products and draft,
review, and negotiate commercial agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience as product counsel in a
law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in tech
JD with active state bar admission
Experience with licensing, intellectual property, and commercial
agreements
Experience in marketing, data, and consumer protection laws
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and develop
innovative solutions
