A company is looking for a Head of Legal & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal counsel to the executive team on legal
risks and compliance matters
Lead and manage all legal and regulatory affairs, including
corporate governance and contract negotiations
Oversee compliance with gaming and financial regulations, ensuring
adherence to applicable laws
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree from an accredited law school; licensed to practice law
in the United States
3+ years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in
technology, gaming, or fintech sectors
Expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate
governance
Proven ability to manage legal risks in a fast-paced
environment
Strong negotiation skills and experience with cross-functional
teams
