Implement HR initiatives and develop positive relationships with
employees at all levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's
degree preferred
6+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner
experience
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operations
and metrics
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best
practices
Experience in dynamic, high growth environments
