  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Manage labor and profit loss
  • Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessaryMore about you
    • Experience working in a restaurant required
    • Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
    • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
    • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentPhysical requirements
      • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally Shift detailsDay shift
        Evening shift
        Holidays
        Monday to Friday
        Weekends
        Overtime as needed
