Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls while providing excellent
customer service
Process intake on referrals received and follow up on pending
items
Perform data entry and support team members as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and/or GED
1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer
service-related position
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
