TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Fountain Valley, California, 92708 Pay Information $2,209 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: MS/Tele Float Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years required License: CA License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine not required; Flu Vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Job Description: - MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse position with shifts on weekends, Friday through Sunday, 3x12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM. - Open to first-time candidates with the necessary experience. - Required to float across all medical/surgical telemetry units, observation unit, ER holding, and oncology based on staffing needs and census. - On-call requirements are applicable. - Documentation is managed through the Epic system. - Time-off requests must be pre-approved by the manager and included in submissions. - Experience in crisis response compliance is a plus. - CA License verification required through Nursys, obtained within two weeks of application. - Local candidates are accepted under specific conditions. - A reference within the past two years is required for application. - Previous permanent staff at the facility are not eligible. - Completion of necessary modules pre-start, recorded via certificates or transcripts.
