Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Regulatory Advertising,
Promotion and Labeling.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the regulatory reviewer for advertising and promotional
materials, ensuring compliance with regulations and company
policies
Support the development and lifecycle management of product
labeling and collaborate with cross-functional teams for approval
processes
Manage regulatory submissions of promotional materials to the FDA
and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and industry
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related field
2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in
advertising/promotion or labeling, plus 4 years in the
pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Knowledge of FDA regulations for prescription drug promotion
preferred
Highly collaborative and solutions-oriented professional
Well-organized with the ability to work under tight timelines
