Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential project investors and develop strategies for utility-scale solar and storage projects
Lead financial modeling analysis and provide contract negotiation support for power marketing efforts
Create and maintain complex project finance models for renewable energy projects at various stages

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking in renewable energy
Proficiency in project finance structures, including partnership flips and construction financing
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful transaction closures
Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling expertise
Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic work environments
