Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Research Manager to oversee
research projects in Generative Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement research projects, including coding and
technical development
Manage project execution from ideation to deployment, ensuring
timely delivery and resource allocation
Develop and implement research strategy and roadmap aligned with
company goals
Required Qualifications
PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related
field
8+ years of experience as an AI researcher with hands-on technical
leadership in developing AI techniques; 3+ years in GenAI
technologies
Strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on
the cloud
Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and
journals
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience
with version control systems
