Sushi Tama Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Sushi Tama in Beverly Hills. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  
• Ensure proper staffing levels and adjust to meet the needs of the restaurant during peak periods.
  
• Plan, organize, and direct team members and resources to provide efficient and profitable service of food and beverages.
  
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, consistency, health, and safety.
  
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
    
  • Experience as a server is highly preferred.
    
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
    
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures, food safety and sanitation practices.
    
  • Basic knowledge of laws and regulations.
