Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Internal Employee Success (HR) Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic communications advisor for Employee Success, staying updated on key strategies and initiatives
Develop and execute integrated strategic communications plans across various channels
Track and report on campaign results, using metrics to inform future communications strategies

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a high-tech environment
Proven track record in developing and executing internal communications plans
Experience with Slack, email, and narrative/presentation design
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
