Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Asset Management to oversee
client portfolios and drive performance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client portfolios, serving as the primary contact for
portfolio management and servicing oversight
Coordinate servicing transfers, operational reviews, and
performance analysis across multiple servicers and asset
classes
Develop customized reporting and portfolio campaign strategies to
meet client objectives
Required Qualifications
College degree or training in finance/mortgage banking or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least
2 years in an AVP level role or equivalent
Commercial real estate asset management experience is required
Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Experience in mortgage/secondary market preferred
