Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to
develop and implement customized financial wellness programs for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure
optimal value from financial wellness benefits
Promote client program success through employee engagement, usage
analysis, and strategic insights
Design and implement educational calendars and manage ongoing
operational needs for client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience managing relationships within large
organizations, ideally with Human Resource professionals
Strong understanding of financial wellness concepts and experience
in content creation
Demonstrated project management skills across all phases of project
lifecycles
Ability to identify opportunities for program expansion and enhance
client relationships
Experience with data analysis and generating client reports to
drive program utilization
