Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Substation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Detailed design of electrical engineering including conceptual
design and estimates
Creation of substation construction drawing packages and
development of bill of materials
Design of system protection and control including construction
drawing packages and material procurement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) from an
accredited university
4+ years of professional experience in substation design for
electrical utilities
Experience with power analysis software (e.g., SKM, Etap,
EasyPower) is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to report to the office and visit worksites in Oak Brook,
IL
