General Marketing

Assist with marketing campaigns and collateral.
Collaborate with the Creative teams on collateral (e.g., presentations, product sheets, brochures, design projects, etc.)
Manage the marketing calendar and ensure social media and email initiatives are executed accordingly.
Create and maintain product listings on sales & marketing platforms such as Shopify, Faire Wholesale, RangeMe, etc.
Perform basic website updates in Shopify.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain sales and marketing records.
Create targeted email campaigns in Faire Wholesale for various customer segments.

Experience and Skills

Experience in grocery, food & beverage, or CPG industry. (preferred)
Familiarity with distributor business such as Kehe and UNFI. (preferred)
Ability to quickly learn new platforms. (required)
Simple photo editing such as resizing, reformatting, re-coloring images to meet image requirements on various platforms. (required)
Customer segmentation and messaging. (required)
Canva, Shopify, Faire Wholesale (preferred).
